The general sentiment around the game is positive, with many players highlighting its educational value and relaxing gameplay. However, there are criticisms about the repetitive nature of tasks and the proliferation of paid DLCs. While the core experience of immersing in detailed car mechanics is appreciated, the interface and control issues detract from the overall enjoyment. The game is most appealing to those with an interest in cars or those seeking a calming yet engaging hobby.

Positive Points

The game is praised for its educational value, making it appealing to players who want to learn about car mechanics even if they have little prior knowledge.

Many users find it relaxing and addictive, often describing it as a satisfying way to spend time, with the opportunity to engage in detailed automotive repair tasks.

The game's attention to mechanical detail and variety of cars is frequently highlighted as impressive, with appreciation for the realistic and immersive garage experience.

Sandbox mode and the ability to use mods are noted as particularly enjoyable features, allowing creative freedom and extended gameplay.

Negative Points

A significant number of reviews mention issues with the large number of paid DLCs, considering them overpriced and leading to a sense that the game is a 'cash grab'.

The user interface and controls are often described as clunky and unintuitive, making the gameplay feel cumbersome.

Mixed Points

While the game is generally seen as educational, some users feel it lacks certain realistic elements like wiring or more complex engine management, which could enhance learning.

The degree of realism is both praised for its depth and criticized for sometimes being over-simplified or missing elements essential to real-life mechanics, such as detailed diagnostics and part failures.

Graphics are generally appreciated but some reviews suggest that certain visual elements could be improved for a more immersive experience.
