The reviews indicate a strong positive reception from fans of the Supraland series, particularly praising the humor and puzzle design. However, there is notable criticism regarding the game's performance, especially concerning optimization issues on mid to low-end hardware. While players enjoy the new mechanics and visuals, the game's technical demands have led to a polarized experience depending on hardware capability.

Positive Points

The game captures the charm and creativity of previous Supraland games while introducing new mechanics and improved puzzles.

Many players appreciate the unique humor and clever puzzle design, with some saying it's even better than in past games.

The game runs smoothly on high-end setups and is visually appealing with its use of the Unreal Engine.

Even in early access, there is a lot of content with enjoyable exploration and satisfying puzzle-solving experiences.

Negative Points

Performance issues are a significant concern, especially on mid to low-end PCs, with reports of poor optimization and excessive reliance on AI frame generation and upscaling.

The lighting system relying on Lumen has been critiqued for spotty shading, ghosting, and requiring high-end hardware to look decent.

Some players feel the initial stages are slow, with limited abilities and content compared to previous installments, impacting the game's flow.

Mixed Points

The game's use of Unreal Engine 5 provides a stunning visual experience but causes performance issues for some users.

The game's large map and interconnected puzzles are ambitious but can lead to confusion and a sense of aimlessness for some players.

Common Themes

There is consistent praise for the game's puzzles and humor, which align well with the Supraland series' reputation.

The game has performance and optimization criticisms, particularly around its use of Unreal Engine 5 and AI technologies.
