The general sentiment around the game is positive, especially for players who enjoyed Dysmantle. The game successfully builds on its predecessor by adding new features and maintaining strong performance, especially on Steam Deck. However, some players express disappointment with certain downgraded features, like the talent system, and critique new elements like the stamina system. The mixed reactions on combat and other graphical changes highlight the game's evolution from its predecessor. Despite the critiques, the early access status promises further refinement, fostering optimism for future updates.
