The game's frequent updates and consistent development are a major highlight for players, showing a responsive and engaging development team. The customization of squads and vehicles adds a rich layer of strategic depth, offering various approaches to missions. The sound design and atmosphere are particularly praiseworthy, bringing battles to life. However, the AI's seemingly prescient behavior breaks immersion and contributes to a challenging learning curve. Economic management feels overly restrictive to some, limiting experimentation with loadouts. While the game's difficulty is appreciated for its challenge, early difficulty spikes deter less experienced players. Finally, mission repetition and limited environment diversity lead to monotony, despite a solid core gameplay loop.
