The response to the DLC is broadly positive, with players particularly enjoying the innovative campaign and the introduction of new units, especially the thunderbarge. However, the rework of the grudge system has been met with mixed reactions, with some appreciating the fresh dynamics it introduces to dwarf campaigns, while others criticize it for pushing dwarfs towards an overly aggressive, uncharacteristic playstyle. Issues such as bugs and the perceived high pricing have also been noted, but these concerns are generally overshadowed by the excitement surrounding the new content and changes. Overall, players are pleased but hoping for some adjustments to further enhance the experience.
