Overall, the sentiment towards the game is positive. Many players appreciate the game's engaging building and exploration mechanics and its nautical themes. However, there is significant criticism regarding the combat mechanics and technical issues like crashes, which detract from the experience for some. The game's high difficulty level is a point of contention, with some players enjoying the challenge, while others find it too punishing. As an early access title, there's excitement about its potential, but the current content may feel limited for those who expect more developed gameplay.
