Positive Points

The game successfully blends the core mechanics of Musou games with the rogue-lite genre, creating a unique experience that appeals to fans of both styles.

The gameplay offers a significant amount of character variety, boasting over 100 playable characters each with distinct abilities and movesets, adding replayability and depth.

Players appreciate the nostalgic elements, drawing from classic Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors games, which add a layer of familiarity and appeal.

The combat is often described as fun and engaging, with strategic elements in building teams and managing various character synergies.

Negative Points

There are criticisms regarding the game's graphics, which many found to be unimpressive or outdated, potentially affecting the overall visual experience.

Repetitiveness is noted as a major issue, with some players finding the level design monotonous and the gameplay loop becoming stale quickly.

Many players expressed frustration with the boss battles, citing they are overly tedious due to being damage sponges requiring repetitive efforts to defeat.

The pricing structure, especially for DLCs, was criticized as excessive, which detracts from the overall value proposition of the game.

Mixed Points

Some players find the game's complexity and depth appealing, but others are overwhelmed by the various mechanics and would prefer a more straightforward approach.

While some appreciate the game's ties to classic titles with reused assets and music, others see this as a lack of originality or innovation.

Common Themes

The combination of Musou and rogue-lite mechanics is frequently noted as a strong concept that generally works well, producing a play style that can suit both strategic and action-oriented preferences.

Many players express a desire for more variety, particularly in terms of levels, bosses, and stage designs to keep the experience fresh and engaging.

The game's difficulty and progression system are often highlighted, with sentiments that there's a rewarding challenge, though some feel it relies too heavily on grind.
