The game is praised for its depth, diversity, and replayability within the Total War series, with mixed reviews regarding the Vortex campaign. However, many players express dissatisfaction with the DLC model as it feels as though essential content is locked behind additional costs. Despite some technical issues, many consider it the best in the series, providing exceptional strategic gameplay.
